Milenium Diverter Gate Valves are used in diverting the Flow of material.These Valves are designed for varities of powder,granules and lumps.We offer these valves in Two design that is Two Way and Three Way.In Two Way there is One Inlet and Two Outlet where as in Three Way there is One Inlet and Three Outlets.These are Fabricated Valves and Construction of Valves will be Either Square are Rectangular.The flanges can be given Either Square or Circular.We Provide Proper Sealing arrangements in the gates and at the shaft.

The size range is from 150 to 1000 mm with variety of material of construction ranging from Mildsteel,S.S. 304, S. S.316,Hardox, Sail Hard etc.

Standard Features of Our Diverter Valves/ Gates

 

1) Fabricated from reputed make raw material with adequate stiffeners which will give highest structural strength/ rigidity and have dimensional stability

2) Depending on the application requirement proper sealing arrangement is provided.

3) Gland housing with gland rope facility is given so that there won't be any leakage from the gland side.

4) Flanged bearings are used. These are mounted outside the body so that it will be protected from the application material and it is easy for maintenance.

5) Since the bearings are mounted outside the higher temperature of the material will not effects the bearings.

6) Inspection / Maintenance doors will be provided on request.

7) Continuous Position Indicator will be provided which will indicate the Gate position .

8) Reputed and good quality Pneumatic Items, fasteners and other bought out items are used
